   When shopping for chinchilla supplies and learning about chinchilla care, many people do not realize how much their chinchillas want toys, in fact, They Need Toys!

Our Story
   Our company, Timali & Co, manufactures toys for all sorts of small pets, chinchillas included. We never really understood the demand for chinchilla toys until we started selling our rabbit toys on eBay. We found that a lot of our "rabbit" toys were being used as chinchilla toys! We immediately started researching chinchilla care and realized that these little guys love to play too! And Oh do they love to Chew!

Bob's Story
   During this period of time we acquired our very first chinchilla, Bob. We received Bob when a local pet store was going out of business. He was in a 15 gallon aquarium (not much for a chinchilla cage!) and he looked oh so bored. So we thought "This is a great opportunity to test out some of our toys on a chinchilla, to see what really catches their interest. Needless to say, Bob demolished his first toy which was a beta version of our Whirly Twirly. As soon as we were able, we moved Bob into a much larger chinchilla cage. Currently his 4 story cage is Stuffed top to bottom with Toys! We have found that he no longer "demolishes" any of his toys. Since he has many more to choose from, he takes his time. He does a little nibbling here and there. All toys last much much longer and Bob is happier for it!

AHA!
Owning Bob made us realize, whenever we visited the local pet shop and looked for chinchilla supplies, we were truly hard pressed to find chinchilla toys!  So now we understood why so many of our rabbit toys were being bought for chinchillas!  There was really nothing else available!

That Brings Us To Here Today!
   We then decided to open an entire site dedicated entirely to chinchilla toys. We have included on this site all of our chinchilla safe rabbit toys as well as some specialty items just for chins. We have also included a "Bob's Favorites" Section to our Catalog so that Bob can make his personal recommendations!
